Hello!! foodies!! Today I am making cold coffee recipe in englishcold coffee recipe in english. Generally we used to drink coffee at the time of summer but I am making it in winter because it makes this recipe more adorable. Coffee is a drink which gives us energy to do work even in hard situations. When I was a child I always wanted to drink coffee but my father used to  tell me that I am a child but now I understood that he was saving his money. So let's start making cold coffee recipe in english keeping this story aside.

COLD COFFEE

             

  COLD COFFEE RECIPE IN ENGLISH

PREPARATION TIME : 60 MINUTES
INGREDIENTS :-  FOR ONE 

1. COFFEE 1 TSP 
2. SUGAR 2 TSP 
3. MILK 1 GLASS
4. FRESH CREAM 2 TBSP
5. COCOA POWDER 2 TSP
6. COFFEE POWDER 2 TSP
7. ICE CUBES 2-4 
8. CHOCOCHIPS
9. VANILLA ICE CREAM 1 SCOOP
   

Cold coffee recipe in english :- 

• Take a saucepan and boil 1 glass of milk into it. 
• After the milk get boil add sugar and 1 tsp coffee into it. Add coffee powder and cook it for five minutes.
• Add fresh cream and put off the gas flame 
• Let it cool and then beat it with an electronic blender for atleast five minutes. 
• Now put this into deep freezer for 45 minutes.
• After that take it out and garnish it with some cocoa powder.
• Your cold coffee recipe in english is ready.
• Serve it with 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some chocochips at it.

Today I am making a beverage recipe which is consumed not only in India but all over the world .

So I am making ginger tea recipe in englsih . It is not only a beverage for someone , it is the emotion of tea lovers because their morning is not a morning withou tea, they feals like something is missing in his life .

That's why I am here presenting you the recipe of tea for all the tea lovers .

MASALA Tea

MASALA TEA  RECIPE 

Preparation time : 15 minutes

Serves 2 

Ingredients : 

1. Tea leaves  2 tsp
2. Green cardamom powder 1 pinch
3. Clove 3-4 pcs
4. Milk 150 ml                   
5. Water 100 ml
6. Sugar 2 tsp or more as per choice
7. Ginger

How to make masala chai in English :-

• First of all take a pan and boil 100 ml of water in it.
• Add 2-3 green cardamom, ginger and 5-6 cloves into it and let it boil for 2 minutes to make your tea more delicious.
• After two minutes add fine tea leaves into it and again boil it for 2 to 3 minutes.
• Add 150 ml milk into the pan and let it cook for 5 minutes.
• If you want less milk or more milk this is totally based on your liking. You can add less milk or more milk or you can make your tea without any water just add more milk in place of water and boil to make a perfect brew.
• Add 2 tsp of sugar into it and let it melt until it gets totally mixed up.
• If you are a diabetic patient then please make use of sugarfree or you can have it without sugar also.
• Your masala tea is ready.Strain the tea leaves by tea strainer and serve it hot.
• A perfect brew for summer or you can say kahwa :)
