Hello!! foodies!!. Today I am making paneer paratha recipe in english for u all food lovers.Basically paneer paratha is a mouth watering recipe. It is a classic dish of India.
That's why we are making paneer paratha recipe in english.  We should to eat paneer paratha with curd in the mornings of winter to make ourselves happy and healthy. So let's begin making paneer paratha recipe in english.

PANEER PARATHA 

          PANEER PARATHA RECIPE 

Preparation time : 40 minutes

Serves 3


Ingredients :


  1. Paneer (cottage cheese) 250 grams
  2. Wheat flour 500 grams
  3. Carrots100 grams 
  4. Cauliflower 1 grated 
  5. Onions 2 big size 
  6. Capsicum 1 big size
  7. Salt as per taste 
  8. Green chillies 8-10
  9. Coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. Cumin seeds 1 pinch
  11. Desi ghee100 ml
  12. Oil for stuffing 1 tbsp
  13. Ginger garlic paste

Paneer paratha recipe in english :

  • For making paneer paratha,, first of all we have to make stuffing for it. But before it we will make dough for paratha.
  • Take a bowl and add 500 grams wheat flour into it. 
  • Make a soft dough just like chappati with water and keep it aside for rest. 
  • Take a pan and add 1 tbsp of oil into it. 
  • Add 1 pinch of cumin seeds , ginger garlic paste and saute it for 1 minute.
  • Now add fine chopped onion and fine chopped capsicum and saute it until it gets light brown in colour. 
  • Then add grated carrot and grated cauliflower into it. 
  • Cook it for atleast 8-10 minutes at medium to high flame.
  • Add chopped green chillies and fine chopped coriander leaves and mix well. 
  • Now add the most important ingredient that is grated paneer into it. 
  • You can also add it by cutting it finely.
  • After adding paneer add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • Your stuffing is ready, now we have to make parathas just like parathe wali gali :()
  • One of the most difficult thing we have to do is to take the dough and break it into small parts about a size of your feist. 
  • Take a small part of it and make a space around it so that you can fill it up with fillings.
  • Now put some stuffing into it and then close  the mouth of the dough so that the fillings should not come out. 
  • Take a roller and roll the stuffed dough equally from all directions and give it a round shape. 
  • Now heat a pan (tawa) and put rolled paratha on it.
  • Cook it by both the sides until it gets somehow red in colour.  
  • Add 1 tsp desi ghee on both the sides of parathas. 
  • Make all the parathas just like this.
  • Tada your paneer paratha is ready :)
  • Serve it hot with curd, raita or with any curry , there will be no change in taste
